Based in Mt Kuring-gai, we are looking for new members for our team to work on a permanent, full-time basis on day shift.
Tired of travelling to different work sites?
* Our role is workshop-based - no site work
We are seeking an experienced MIG & TIG welder to join our workshop producing light steel and aluminum trays.
What you'll be doing
* Reading and interpreting designs
* MIG & TIG welding of light steel trays and aluminum canopies - thin gauge
* Minimal fabrication
You will be responsible for
* Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards in a safe and efficient manner
* Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during production
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Collaborating with the production team to optimise workflows and processes
What we're looking for
* A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on welding experience - trade qualification not required
* Ability to produce clean, consistent welds
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
