The Role
Lead a small Structural team and mentor junior engineers.
Oversee project delivery from concept to completion across a variety of sectors.
Manage proposals, project planning, and client engagement.
Contribute to team development and office leadership initiatives.

Diverse portfolio including industrial, commercial, government, and high-end residential projects.
Infrastructure projects such as bridges.
Large-scale energy and retail projects.

Experienced Structural Engineer with leadership experience.
Strong project management skills and client-facing experience.
Ideally well-connected in regional Victoria, or open to relocation.
