WOW Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Appointment Setter / Sales Consultant to join a leading provider of mortgage broking, financial planning, and superannuation services.
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for engaging with warm leads, booking appointments, and conducting initial fact-finding conversations. You’ll work with a dialler system and scripts, while also using your initiative to build rapport and drive results.
What you’ll be doing:
* Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
* Booking appointments for Financial Advisors
* Conducting fact-finding conversations with qualified leads
* Consistently achieving daily KPIs (appointments & call targets)
* Accurately logging all activity in the CRM system
* Working closely with the team to ensure a smooth handover of leads
What you’ll bring:
* 2+ years’ experience in appointment setting, sales, or a similar role
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
* High level of motivation, organisation, and attention to detail
* A proactive and adaptable approach
