You'll collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, architecture, governance, and vendor teams to drive delivery outcomes aligned to a broader digital and data strategy. This role is critical in providing clarity, managing risks, and supporting future-state planning across evolving information management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Map end-to-end workflows across Payments teams and categorise work types
* Analyse demand volumes across channels, cohorts, and services
* Assess performance metrics including SLAs, turnaround times, queues, rework, and failure demand
* Evaluate effort drivers such as touchpoints, handoffs, and interruptions
* Analyse team capacity, including productive hours, role constraints, and system bottlenecks
* Identify risks, interdependencies, and opportunities to improve delivery efficiency
Skills and experience
* Solid experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in large project environments
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and processes
* Proven stakeholder management experience across senior and cross-functional teams
* Experience working on complex technology initiatives (public sector experience highly regarded)
