Key Responsibilities: Proactively approach and engage with both existing and potential clients through weekly client meetings and targeted sales calls Continuously seek opportunities to expand your market share, grow your desk, and increase revenue Drive business growth through market mapping, reverse marketing, and new business development Manage a database of active and passive job seekers, ensuring excellent candidate care Source and connect with candidates using a full LinkedIn Recruiter license and Seek Talent Search access Respond efficiently to job orders by matching and submitting suitable candidates Partner with internal teams and national clients to manage contracts and ensure smooth operations Collaborate with PERSOLKELLY National Account Managers to align on client needs and strategic goals Manager weekly payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance About You: You have proven experience in 360° recruitment, including a strong focus on new business development You possess high-level problem-solving skills and maintain a solution-focused approach, navigating challenges with creativity and resilience.
