About Service Technician
We are looking for skilled individuals to fill the role of a Service Technician in our Sydney-based team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our equipment, ensuring that it operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts and checking electrical connections.
* Identify and repair faults in our equipment, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
* Work at heights, using scaffolding or other safety equipment as required.
* Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Electrical and/or Fitter qualifications relevant to the role, plus lift apprenticeship or industry training.
* 2 to 5 years' experience in the Lift Industry.
* Extensive electrical and mechanical knowledge of large equipment and ability to transfer knowledge.
* Fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
* Intermediate proficiency with technology, including mobile apps, Word, Excel, Email, Internet.
