We are an established fashion house based on the Sunshine Coast, looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse and Dispatch Coordinator to join our incredible team.

You are responsible for driving warehouse fulfilment to an impeccable standard in a premium fashion label seeing consistent growth over 20 years.
This role would suit a high-performing individual who is either passionate about retail or has experience working in fulfilment.
This is a hands-on role, so candidates need to be fit and healthy.
Responsibilities
Picking, packing and dispatching online and wholesale orders with incredible care and focus on accuracy and garment integrity.
Stocktaking and stock management.
Receiving new season stock, conducting checks and receiving purchase orders.
Interpreting orders and working with courier partners.
Working with our inventory management software and online store to ensure accurate stock levels.
Oversee receiving for large volume seasonal deliveries and dispatch of goods to 300 B2B customers across AU and NZ.
Oversee and contribute to stock transfers from shipping container to warehouse racking.
Process refunds, conduct garment QC checks and re-stock customer returns.
Conduct stock refills from excess area into warehouse racking.
Maintain and clean work space daily and can ensure complete quality control over the packaging of online orders.
Communicating with the wider team daily on workflow.
Preparing daily reports on KPIs and results.

Will have a desired 2 years' experience in warehouse fulfilment or a retail environment.
Are comfortable working with technology and learning new software.
Are comfortable working at heights of 4 metres and operating electronic picking equipment – note dedicated training and certification will be provided.
Have a high level of literacy and numeracy.
Hold a valid Driver's Licence and have own transport.
Be legally entitled to work in Australia.
