A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced high volume Service Manager, to lead the team at this north Brisbane dealership.
Reporting to the Fixed Ops Manager, you will be joining a growing, multi-franchise dealership, which is part of a larger network.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the service department, overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Hands-on management of our team of service technicians and advisors.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer service and brand NPS standards are achieved.
- Monitor service department performance, efficiency, and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall dealership performance.
- Ensuring a safe work environment is regularly maintained.
- Ensure compliance with the OEM brand standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Service Manager with a demonstrated commitment to integrity and teamwork.
- Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Professionalism and strong communication abilities.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

In return you will be rewarded with a good remuneration package, with strong base, vehicle and possible OTE around c$150,000.
