The opportunity :
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving growth?
CSR is looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of a key regional territory, working with contractors and builders to deliver exceptional results.
In this role, you'll manage and grow CSR's market share across the Mackay to Rockhampton region. You'll work closely with the Residential BDM and account management teams to align contractors with our builder base, develop growth plans, and ensure outstanding service delivery. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine strategic thinking with day-to-day relationship management to achieve sales targets and strengthen CSR's position in the market.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, scope, and grow CSR market share in the region
Align contractors with builder base in collaboration with Regional Account Manager
Manage day-to-day requirements of the contractor base
Support and collaborate with account management teams and other CSR sales channels
Engage with the Queensland GTC network to drive sales
Develop and implement growth plans with key customers and contractors
Investigate and resolve service and quality issues with a continuous improvement mindset
Provide competitor insights on products, pricing, and market activity
Maintain a call cycle, pipeline, and submit weekly reports
What We're Looking For
Sales Development, Business, or Construction preferred
Some experience in account management preferred
Proven ability to drive sales growth at contractor level through to order placement
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure demand growth
Ability to build productive relationships and collaborate across teams
Technical understanding of products and ability to provide customer support
Skilled in delivering professional presentations to stakeholders
