The role of Account Executive Employee Relations is designed to support the growth and delivery of human resources, employee relations, and industrial relations services.
This position will focus on providing an innovative approach to support the continued growth and integration of ER services within Workplace Risk solutions.
* Support high-quality human resources, employee, and industrial relations services to clients
* Assist with provision of guidance and resources on employee relations matters including performance management, medical capacity cases, terminations grievances compliance with employment legislation
* Develop draft case management documentation to enhance ER precedent library supporting effective ER case management for client issues
* C Coordinate projects service delivery ensuring timely support guidance
* P Support WTW Pay Comply service development delivery through cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams such as Retirement Health Benefits Integrated Global Solutions
