Tom Moore & Son Southern Tas is an established, leading garage door company located in Kingston, Tasmania (10 minutes south of Hobart). A family-owned and operated business, we are the only B&D accredited dealers in the South of the State.
About the Role
We are seeking a bright and bubbly personality to join our existing team, taking up residence on our front reception desk. As the face of the business, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or phoning our office.
You will assist all staff with various daily administration and office management duties, working within our CRM system AroFlo for booking customer appointments and database management.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual — the role is fluid and open to you bringing your ideas and experience to make improvements.

Successful Candidates Will Ideally Have
Highly experienced in managing Xero software
Experience managing a CRM system (knowledge with AroFlo highly regarded)
Experience with all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Demonstrated administration, customer service including reception duties with a strong attention to detail
Time Management and Organisational skills essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
