Job Description We have an exciting opportunity within the Safety department of ALDI Stores, based in Brendale. This is a permanent full-time role. This role is integral to the efficient operation of the ALDI Safety Department. You will promote and drive a positive safety culture by supporting operational teams in managing health and safety risks within our Store Operations. What does the role look like? Provide technical guidance and advice on health and safety matters by interpreting legislative requirements. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, periodic audits and site visits, and develop Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) as directed. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through consultation, training, and development. Respond to WHS incidents for the region, and actively manage your area of responsibility within the team by using initiative, and suggesting ways of improving systems for greater efficiency. Assist in the maintenance and periodic review of the WHS Management system, Safety Online and the Contractor Management System. Analyse and report on safety data to monitor and review performance against WHS KPIs and targets Assist with injury management activities if required. And the best part?
