**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Leader, you will be key to providing the highest level of customer service to support all the Services and Health Functions as well as members of the community. You will be communicating with key stakeholders, delivering up to date information to callers, as well as registering support for tasks to be raised for any service in the hospital.

- Experience working within a fast paced, customer orientated environment
- Experience working within a Help/Service desk or Contact Centre environment
- Exposure to working in a KPI driven workplace with service delivery outcomes
- Certificate II/III in Health Administration (desirable)
- Experience within a Healthcare environment (desirable)

As you will be required to work a rotating roster including nightshift and weekends penalty rates apply.
