About The Role
We're looking for a
*Senior Product Manager
to take ownership of our flagship products, reporting to our
Director of Product
. This is a
strategic and hands-on role
where you'll have the opportunity to
work closely with, and be mentored by, an experienced product leader*
, gaining exposure to high-impact decision-making, GTM strategy, and product growth initiatives.
You'll play a key role in
*driving the commercial success and growth of our products*
, helping to define priorities, optimise performance, and ensure our offerings deliver real value to customers. This is not a feature delivery role expect to be focused on outcomes, revenue, and driving measurable business impact.
* Lead the roadmap for Salesline, Cashup, Q Insights, and Star Compliance, ensuring each product delivers measurable impact for customers and the business.
* Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and product launches, working closely with commercial teams to align delivery with revenue goals.
* Shape the evolution of Salesline's real-time wage efficiency capabilities, Cashup's secure reconciliation workflows, Q Insights' advanced analytics, and Star Compliance's digital compliance tools to help venues optimise operations.
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality releases.
* Champion Agile best practices and foster continuous improvement across product delivery.
About You
* 5+ years in product management, including at least two distinct product roles owning end-to-end delivery of SaaS products through launch, commercialisation, and growth. This role focuses on driving product outcomes and revenue, not just feature delivery.
* Experience with go-to-market execution and commercialisation, including pricing, packaging, sales enablement, and post-launch optimisation.
* Proven ability to grow and optimise existing products, improving retention, usage, and revenue through iteration and data-informed decision-making.
* Strong collaboration and stakeholder skills, working closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer teams to deliver commercial impact.
* Delivery discipline, including backlog management, prioritisation, and guiding teams to achieve product goals.
* Comfort with metrics and data, able to define, track, and use metrics to influence prioritisation, optimisation, and product decisions.
* Ability to identify root causes of underperformance, whether product, UX, or GTM-related, and take action to improve outcomes.
* Familiarity with relevant tools, such as Jira, product analytics platforms, CRM tools, and dashboards.
Highly Regarded Experience
* Experience in FinTech, hospitality tech, or other B2B SaaS products with a focus on commercial outcomes.
* Experience with accounting platforms, POS systems, or workforce/payroll products (e.g., Tanda, Deputy, Employment Hero) is a plus.
