KS2 Teaching Assistant – Academics
Academics are seeking a confident and reliable KS2 Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant primary school in Margate. This is a great role for someone who enjoys helping older primary pupils reach their potential both academically and socially.

Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support in English, maths, and reading
* Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom routines
* Deliver small-group interventions to boost attainment
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
* Build strong relationships with pupils, helping develop confidence
Qualifications
* Experience supporting children in KS2 desirable
* Strong communication and behaviour management
* Friendly, calm, and proactive approach
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
