We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing civil engineering aspects of residential development projects, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and project specifications.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000 per annum
Role: Full time
Location: Greystanes, NSW 2145
Responsibilities
* Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects, including site development and infrastructure works
* Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and technical assessments
* Prepare engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
* Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design, safety standards, and regulations
* Liaise with architects, surveyors, contractors, and local authorities
* Review and approve materials, methods, and construction processes
* Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
* Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, environmental regulations, and WHS requirements
* Identify and resolve engineering issues during project execution
* Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
* Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar)
* Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Australian citizens/permanent residents preferred
