Duties of the Role
The day to day of this position will see you:
Assist customers in person and over the phone by directing their enquiries
Build relationships with the Adapt team and our broader network including customers, subcontractors and suppliers
Using our CRM to maintain a positive and efficient customer experience
Using a variety of computer programs to create invoices, send emails, generate reports and complete grid applications to name a few
Assist with coordinating installations with customers and subcontractors
