**The Opportunity**
The Connected Care program will bring together teams from across Bupa to deliver on our ambition to provide a connected and integrated health care experience to customers across our different offerings.
The Connected Care Program Change Manager will develop and own the Change Management Strategy and plan. The role will own the both the business and people change aspects of our transformation. This includes but not limited to the business side change impact that is being delivered by the program, by preparing the business for the change, introducing the change to the business, determining and measuring benefits, and monitoring the business environment through the transition and after but also ensuring that the design and delivery of our new ways of working and the delivery of transformational solutions can scale across our business leveraging new approaches to our people and processes, supported by the best technology.
The role will also have accountability for understanding change across the business, ensuring that the organisation is ready to consume the changes delivered by Connected Care. This is a permanent full-time position, based in Melbourne office. Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home.
**How will I help?**
**You will add value by**:
Designing and delivering the end to end change management strategy for Connected Care in alignment with the Bupa All in strategy, to drive behavioural change and embed new business ways of working on policies, processes and products (systems).
Evaluating the impact of planned organisational (business and People) change.
Closely working with the Communications manager to Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.

**What do I need?**
You'll need significant experience managing business change demand together with key stakeholder management with excellent communication skills (strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing). Be a creative thinker and keen to challenge the "the way we do things" to support peers and teams think outside of the box and find better ways of working.
You'll also need to engage team members at all levels to understand challenges and issues, supporting teams and leaders at varying levels to find solutions to enable effective and timely delivery within fast-paced business and technology teams.
Change Management experience across strategy, communication and behavioural change is a must have.
