About the Role
A great opportunity exists for a permanent part-time Administrator to join our Karratha team. We are looking for a candidate who can work 2-3 days per week – a perfect work/life balance arrangement. This role would be ideal for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a 'can-do' attitude who has high attention to detail. This role is pivotal in supporting the branch and providing high-quality interaction with both our internal and external clients.
Specific accountabilities include, but are not limited to:-
* Developing a sound knowledge and understanding of company processes to ensure clear and concise information is conveyed to clients
* Receiving, raising and following-up on service calls
* Preparing documentation, service docket pricing, purchase orders and reports
* Conducting complaint investigations and resolutions into client queries
* Despatching technicians to meet client requirements
* Assisting with payroll timesheet submissions
* Procurement
* General administration duties, as required
What We Are Looking For
* Previous administration experience would be advantageous
* Demonstrated track record working in a team environment or coordinator role
* Accurate data entry skills
* Motivated self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective time management skills with attention to detail
