* Senior Project Officer
* Initial contract up until June 2026; possibility of extension

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Officer to support project co-ordination, reporting and stakeholder engagement. The role is instrumental in delivering and maintaining high quality input and engagement for the platform, stakeholder co-ordination, reporting and operational support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitor and triage the team mailbox, responding to internal and external stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide comprehensive project support in an agile product environment, including:
* Coordinating sprint planning, backlog refinement, and scrum board updates in tools such as DevOps
* Maintaining roadmap documentation, delivery schedules, and budget tracking.
* Supporting user research, product testing, and new releases.
* Assist in preparing agile artefacts and documentation (e.g., user stories, acceptance)
Essential Criteria:
* Demonstrated experience in project coordination or support within digital or agile product teams, preferably in government or complex organisational settings.
* Proficiency with digital tools such as: Collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint); Project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira); Analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI)
* Sound knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery processes.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
Desirable Criteria:
* Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), UX principles, and digital design best practices.
