We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay from check‐in to check‐out.
This role will also include shifts at The Sebel Canberra Campbell, providing variety and exposure across two of The Sebel Canberra's properties.
The Role
We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Attendant who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming environments for our guests. This role plays a key part in ensuring our rooms are well‐maintained, immaculate, and comfortable. As part of the wider team, you'll also support our culture of respect, integrity, passion, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards.
* Ensure guest privacy, respond to requests, and provide friendly assistance.
* Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
* Keep your trolley, linen room, and equipment clean and well‐stocked.
* Follow all WHS, grooming, and operational policies and procedures.
* Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
What You Bring
* Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for great service.
* Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to work as part of a team.
