Beenleigh Artisan Distillery is the oldest registered distillery in Australia and an iconic piece of Queensland's history. Over 140 years later, we're still making rum the traditional, "boutique" way.
WHAT'S INVOLVED?
Working closely with the Venue Manager you will support with planning and managing the hands on running of the Restaurant. Excite our customers with our history, innovation and premium products and assist with taking the Restaurant to the next level.
* You understand your customers – Using your strong customer service skills you'll get to know our customers and offer an experience to remember.
* You'll be an Ambassador for our Brands – Promote our products and share the history of the Company during tours and tastings.
* You have a passion for quality – Delight customers with our seasonal menu and perfectly paired beverage selection as well as train team members on product knowledge and tasting notes.
* You're a mixologist – Create and prepare unique and exciting cocktails and beverages and assist with training team members on new product development.
* You're a leader – being a mentor for the FOH team, you will lead by example and empower quality service and innovation.
* You're analytical – Assist with analysing sales revenue and monitor and control expenses within agreed budgets.
* You have an eye for detail – Ensure high presentation standards are met to keep the venue clean and tidy.
* You'll be reliable – work across a 7 day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
