As a Manager in PwC's Contracts Legal Transformation team, you'll lead and support projects that help organisations manage legal risk at scale – such as deploying sophisticated enterprise systems and designing agentic AI solutions to transform how contracting and other legal work is done.

What you'll do: Project managing the delivery of contracting and legal transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and effective outcomes Identifying, developing and showcasing AI-enabled solutions Applying process improvement skills to help our clients optimise their contracting and legal processes Designing and reviewing operating models for corporate support functions Developing and implementing change management strategies Delivering legal department and law firm diagnostics, collecting and analysing data, and presenting insights based upon the information collated Upskilling and providing client training in various contracting and legal technology platforms Coach and support junior team members while engaging effectively with client stakeholders to deliver lasting impact What we're looking for: A bachelor's degree in law, computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least five years' experience in contracting, procurement, legal technology management, project management, or consulting — ideally within a law firm or legal department.
Strong expertise in contracting, procurement or legal technology solutions, combined with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
A proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated professional with a continuous learning mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
