We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our Helpdesk Team.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to clients, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets efficiently.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar IT support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise Suite of products (preferred but not required).
