Promoting our portfolio of Haematology treatments to healthcare professionals is a key responsibility for this role. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to create meaningful solutions improving patient outcomes is a critical aspect of success.

Our territory will focus on key Hematology/Oncology accounts across assigned territory in Queensland, providing a challenging yet rewarding experience for those who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
* Promote Hematology products to healthcare providers within an assigned territory effectively.
* Develop and execute territory plans to maximize opportunities creating value for stakeholders and the organization.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with oncologists/hematologists and other healthcare professionals through regular communication and expert knowledge sharing.
* Review customer engagement metrics to optimize communication channels ensuring regular engagement with target customers.
* Provide expert knowledge on clinical data and benefits of treatment options.
* Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and great customer experience.
* Monitor and analyze territory performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies/tactics improving outcomes.
* Gather valuable insights from customers and communicate them to the internal team to help validate and define strategic initiatives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (or relevant diploma) in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
* At least 3 years or equivalent level of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative or in similar capacity.
* Significant experience and knowledge in the Haematology/Oncology landscape including treatments and clinical data in this therapeutic area.
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
