Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate recruiter to join our team in Sydney.
This role will involve owning the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across multiple sectors, designing and executing creative sourcing strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, creating compelling candidate experiences, and using data to inform decisions.
* Owning the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across financial services, technology, risk, and operations
* Designing and executing creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent and build long-term pipelines
* Collaborating deeply with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and future growth plans
* Creating compelling candidate experiences that reflect our unique culture and values
* Using data to inform decisions and track, measure, and report on hiring pipeline health, market trends, and process improvements
* Influencing hiring outcomes by coaching stakeholders on best practices, market insights, and recruitment techniques
Requirements
* At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with a minimum of 2 years In-House, ideally in financial services, capital markets or tech
* Proven experience sourcing and attracting passive talent through innovative techniques
* Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools)
* A data-savvy, analytical mindset – confident using reporting tools to guide decisions
* A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with high attention to detail
