Our business development team is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to lead key account growth, enhance client relationships and drive revenue.
This role involves managing multiple franchise accounts, building strong connections with corporate clients, and collaborating with senior personnel on pricing strategies.
* Manage franchise portfolios and foster relationships with key corporate contacts.
* Create reports, presentations, and analyses in collaboration with your team.
* Present insights and recommendations to corporate contacts and franchisees.
* Develop pricing best practices, provide training on pricing tools, and support franchisees with queries and ad-hoc requests.
* Conduct regular meetings with franchisees to ensure understanding and adherence to revenue management strategies.
As a successful Key Account Manager, you will have at least 5 years of experience in key account management, analytics, consulting, consumer research, or revenue management. You must also possess excellent written and presentation skills, as well as strong business acumen, storytelling, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields, and preferably have 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or retail, preferably in revenue or account management.
