We bring diversity of thought, backgrounds, and experience to every Business Unit across Coles Supermarkets and Liquor.About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Transformation and Delivery Manager to join our Commercial portfolio and support the delivery of our process optimisation across Coles.
This is a pivotal role, driving better experience for our customers and enabling our category teams to become master merchants.
We are looking for someone with a senior background in continuous improvement to join Coles as we implement continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end product flows, processes and system optimisations.
You can also expect to: Oversee the development of new business initiatives, its related processes and embed with BAU team to enhance future business capability.
Lead the ownership and maintenance of Commercial process documentation ensuring up-to-date and are stored within an accessible centralised location.
Drive and deliver value through analytics, adopting a data driven approach that improves process efficiency, eliminates waste and minimises risk across end-to-end Commercial ways of working.
Oversee the planning, prioritisation and delivery of initiatives in line with business objectives.
Oversee key program management activities such as scope, planning, schedule, quality and more.
Drive and deliver change throughout the business ensuring that drivers for Commercial success are a key driver for each area of the business.
Oversee the design and delivery of strategic process efficiency opportunities.
About your skills Given the complexity of large organisations our ideal candidate will be experienced in large-scale transformation and delivery with a focus towards delivering process optimizations across the business.
You will also have in your tool kit: 8 years minimum project management experience of ownership and delivery of projects end to end from business case to performance implementation reviews.
Demonstrated experience working in a demanding role requiring strong prioritisation, influencing and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated understanding of the operational drivers of financial performance, including cost management and tracking.
Proven record of successfully planning and implementing retail/business projects and change initiatives of varying budget, scope and complexity.
Ensuring risks are mitigated and business requirements are successfully met.
Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
Ability to influence, engage with stakeholders and communicate complex information.
Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.
