Job Description
As a sales coordinator, you will provide critical support to our national field and retail sales managers. Your role will involve maintaining CRM systems, building questions into Repsly forms, and collaborating with various departments.
* Maintain and update Repsly CRM with relevant team and store data
* Build questions into Repsly forms for standard procedures
* Build and maintain field territory and Team Dyson coverage files, ensuring all reporting tools are synchronized
* Collaborate with marketing, events, and other teams to support field promotions
* Manage the field fund ROI process portal
* Create and maintain MS Teams folders for resource accessibility
* Forecast budgets for conferences and meetings
* Support top doors field initiatives
* Coordinate onsite and offsite sales meetings and events
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have strong time management skills, be able to work calmly under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage competing priorities. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in a similar role
* Understanding of the retail and sales environment
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
