What you'll be doing
* Generating appraisals and winning listings
* Managing your own pipeline and database
* Handling sales lead inquiries
* Nurturing our portfolio of managements to ensure their sales needs are met
* Listing and selling residential property
* Maintaining consistent performance and achieving KPIs
* Maintaining and implementing sales systems and processes to ensure smooth transactions and agency compliance
What we're looking for
* Current WA Real Estate Sales Registration
* Minimum 12 months experience in commission-only sales with a proven track record
* Driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to generate and convert listings consistently
* Passion for the real estate industry and delivering a high level of service
* Someone who can consistently meet and exceed KPIs
