Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity You will lead a postdoctoral research programme focused on Indigenous business and leadership with real-world impact. You will also teach into innovative graduate programmes, shaping current and future Indigenous and non-Indigenous business leaders. You will build strong partnerships across universities, industry and communities, extending networks within the Indigenous business ecosystem. What you will deliver: Design, conduct and publish high-quality research on Indigenous business, leadership and related fields with national and international relevance. Prepare competitive research grant applications and pursue external funding to grow the Centre’s Indigenous business research portfolio. Teach, coordinate and innovate in postgraduate subjects within Dilin Duwa graduate programmes, including curriculum and assessment design. Supervise and mentor graduate and higher degree researchers, supporting their development in Indigenous business and leadership scholarship. Engage actively with Indigenous businesses, communities and partners through events, networks and knowledge exchange activities. You may be a great fit if you : Hold a doctoral degree in Indigenous business, Indigenous leadership or a closely related discipline. Demonstrate a growing track record of quality research publications and other scholarly or creative outputs. Bring experience teaching at university level, including designing and delivering Indigenous business and leadership subjects. Possess capability to supervise graduate or higher degree researchers and support their academic and professional growth. Use learning management systems such as Canvas confidently to support engaging, technology-enhanced teaching and assessment.
