Landscaper / Pool Installer (Training Provided)

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, motivated Landscaper to join our growing team, with the opportunity to also work in pool installation. This role suits an experienced landscaper or a hands-on worker who wants to learn a specialised trade.
Training will be provided for the right person, including pool construction and installation.
You'll be working on high-quality residential and commercial projects across the Sapphire Coast and Eurobodalla region.
Key Responsibilities
* Structural and general landscaping works including:
* Retaining walls (concrete sleepers, blockwork)
* Decking, paving, turfing, drainage
* Excavation and site preparation
* Assist with swimming pool installation works including:
* Pool excavation and base preparation
* Assisting with pool shell installs
* Plumbing, backfilling, and finishing works (training provided)
* Operating machinery (excavators, skid steers, compactors)
* Working to plans, levels, and set-outs
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional worksite
* Representing the company professionally on site with clients
What We're Looking For
* Experience in landscaping or construction (preferred but not essential)
* Willingness to learn pool installation and construction
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work outdoors and handle physical work
* Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* White Card (required)
* Driver's licence (preferred)

Pay: $65,000.00 – $106,831.36 per year
