Job Description
As a seasoned Building Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects from concept through completion. You will be responsible for conducting NCC assessments, preparing technical reports, completing site inspections and audits, developing performance-based solutions, and providing clear professional advice to clients and project teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Class 2–9 projects
* Level 1 registration (or Level 2 working towards Level 1) preferred
* Qualifications in Building Surveying or currently completing relevant studies
* Strong knowledge of NCC Vol 1 & 2 and associated Australian Standards
* Excellent communication, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
