Bellroy's Logistics & Sales Operations team is the backbone of our business, ensuring that over 50 new products we release every year reach customers efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting our wholesale channel by managing stock levels, preparing order instructions, and ensuring transaction accuracy
* Working closely with sales coordinators, demand planners, and third-party logistics providers to achieve these goals
* Onboarding new wholesale partners, coordinating large or complex orders, and maintaining accurate data across our systems
This role requires someone who is highly organised, thoughtful, and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're a problem-solver who enjoys improving processes and working across teams, this might be the perfect fit for you.
Requirements
* At least 2 years' experience in a related role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or sales operations
* Excellent organisational skills, reliability, and confidence in juggling multiple priorities
* Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, etc.)
