We are currently seeking a dynamic New & Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team. As a key player in our high-performing dealership, you will lead our New & Used Vehicle Sales Department and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilites:
* Lead and Motivate - Guide and inspire the New Vehicle Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Customer Experience - Ensure the highest level of service, understanding customers' needs, and showcasing the features and benefits of our new vehicles.
* Communication - Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
* Sales Performance - Monitor and drive sales performance, ensuring alignment with set KPIs and profit objectives.

* Leadership Skills - Proven ability to mentor and train sales consultants to maximise their potential.
* Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Time Management - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Sales Expertise - Deep understanding of the sales process, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Digital Proficiency - Fluency in digital tools and systems, with a hands-on approach to stock management.
* Licensing - A current driver's licence is required.
