Construction contractor
You will be responsible for supporting the operations team with the coordination of all administration related duties to support Duratec's office and project operations.
You will lead the way in promoting positive team culture by arranging celebrations and events throughout the year.
Responsibilities
Reception duties including answering phone calls and maintaining supplies of stationery and amenities.
Process purchase requisitions, expense claims, credit card reconciliations and invoices in JDE.
Schedule and manage training register and bookings.
Document and data management.
Support new employees with inductions, uniforms, PPE and site access.
Monitor and maintain up-to-date insurance and compliance records through our client portals.
Manage accommodation, car and flight bookings through our partner travel portal.
Work closely with our procurement team to ensure our asset, calibration and vehicle registers remain current.
Assist project teams with adhoc administrative requirements as needed.
Assist business unit managers with tendering activities including compiling submissions.
About You
Prior experience in a similar role highly desirable.
Confident using Microsoft Suites and have experience in processing expenses with a sound understanding of GST.
Ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines.
Comfortable in a project environment.
You can form positive stakeholder relationships of all levels, becoming the "go to" person for the team members in your division.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
