Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate the development, planning, project management, surveying, designing, and delivery of civil infrastructure capital works programs.
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop major projects under various site, planning, and financial constraints.
* Lead a team of approximately 25 staff, comprising three teams within the Civil Projects Unit.
* Manage the budget, reporting, improvement, and corrective actions for civil infrastructure capital works.
Requirements
* Degree qualification in Engineering, Construction, Survey, Design, or a related field with significant industry experience.
* Proven leadership and communication skills.
