Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Lead, Project Lead or Project Architect to join a dynamic practice leading project delivery and coordination across industrial projects from $10m to $150m+. Will need strong Revit experience as well as excellent client facing communications skills.
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded architectural practice based in Sydney. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Leader / Project Architect to join their team.
In this role, you will play an integral part in leading the documentation and coordination of industrial projects ranging from $10m to $150m+ and some larger $1bn+ but the sweet spot will be $20m to $60m. Projects will be new build, upgrades, alterations on both brownfield and greenfield sites.
You will be working closely with Directors and reporting to an Associate to successfully deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. You will contribute across all phases of projects, including design, consultant coordination, technical documentation, and contract administration support.
You will be responsible for managing 2 project coordinators/drafters and ensuring project deliverables are completed to a high standard, on time and within scope, while also supporting team members and contributing to overall project success. This role offers excellent exposure to leadership responsibilities and the opportunity to further develop skills in client management and project management. There is a good pathway available to progress to Associate level.
The ideal candidate will be a strong all-rounder with excellent technical ability, communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
You will be managing the process and people but will also have the ability to draft and use Revit within the BIM 360 environment. 1 day flexible working from home.

To be successful in this role you will have the following background:
* Tertiary qualification in Architecture
* Minimum 7 – 10 years' experience
* Strong experience in project documentation and delivery
* Proven ability to coordinate consultants and manage project workflows
* Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite
* Experience with BIM360, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam Revu or Microsoft Project (preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Knowledge of local Australian codes and standards
