Osmoflo is seeking a Process Engineer to join our National Asset Team based in Adelaide. In this role, you will provide technical and Process Engineering support for the operation of water plants under our management. This includes conducting process investigations, process troubleshooting, optimizing plant performance, and participating in HAZOP, process audits, and assessments.

What your day may look like
* Develop, review, and report on operational and process KPIs to enhance plant performance.
* Monitor plant performance, identifying and addressing emerging issues.
* Communicate with stakeholders to provide solutions that ensure plants operate within KPIs.
* Represent Osmoflo on client premises for process audits, asset audits, troubleshooting, and reporting.
* Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and O&M management plans.
* Prepare and review monthly reports for assigned plants in line with contract requirements.
* Identify and develop innovative ideas to advance Osmoflo's technical capabilities.
* Provide technical advice to management and operating departments.
* Working with the Senior Process Engineer to deliver Operations Projects.
* Foster a culture of innovation and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Position Requirements
* Degree in Chemical Engineering.
* 3+ years of technical and/or operational experience.
* Water sector experience preferably in membrane water treatment and desalination is an advantage, but not essential.
* Ability to use SCADA to diagnose issues in real-time.
* Available to travel to water plants as required.
* Relevant works rights to work in Australia.
* Be eligible for membership with Engineers Australia. Osmoflo will support the candidate to work towards obtaining Chartered Status or IChemE Australia Membership.
