The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding members in understanding their financial situations and future goals, establishing referral networks to drive sales growth, and providing expert guidance to home finance consultants and specialists.
Main Responsibilities:
* SUPPORT MEMBERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR CURRENT FINANCIAL SITUATION AND FUTURE GOALS
* ESTABLISH REFERRAL NETWORKS TO EXCEED TARGETS AND CREATE A CONSISTENT SALES PIPELINE FOR BUSINESS PROFITABILITY
* PROVIDE GUIDANCE TO HOME FINANCE CONSULTANTS AND SPECIALISTS TO ENSURE CONTINUITY AND MAINTAIN SUPERIOR MEMBER EXPERIENCE.
