Responsibilities
* Providing friendly and courteous service to customers
* Face to face customer service
* Answering incoming telephone calls and emails
* Handling and responding to customer enquiries
* Processing sales transactions
* Processing and maintaining customer orders
* Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store
* Ongoing merchandising of the store to ensure product availability for customers
* Ensure stock is unpacked and shelves re-stocked
* General housekeeping duties to offer customers a positive store experience
* Working cooperatively with other team members to enhance the customer experience
Experience required
* High standards of customer service delivery
* Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
* Experience in the industry will be looked at favourably
