About The Role
This isn’t just a job – it’s a chance to make a real impact. As a Support Professional, you’ll be a vital part of helping people achieve their goals and live more independently. You’ll bring your empathy, creativity and resilience to help others thrive. You’ll work independently and as part of a supportive team, delivering tailored care aligned with each client’s personal support plan. Work across different locations and care needs. What You’ll Bring To The Team
* Full, unrestricted driver’s licence – a must
* Personal qualities like empathy, patience, and resilience
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Basic IT skills – emails, reports, and documentation
* Strong verbal and written communication
* Qualifications in related fields are desirable
* First Aid/CPR, Medication, and Healthy Bodies training – great if you have them already, but we’ll help you get there!
