You’ll own the ISO-compliant QMS, prepare and lead audits, and deliver national training using a blended approach. This role is critical to compliance, risk mitigation, and operational readiness across all sites. You’ll work closely with state-based operations, commercial, and HR teams, while influencing peers and leaders without formal authority.DutiesOwn and maintain ISO 9001 QMSLead NCOR and CAPA reportingDevelop and deliver national trainingPartner with ops to drive improvementsPrepare and lead external auditsSupport continuous improvement projectsDevelop SOPs and training materialsConduct internal audits and assessmentsReport compliance risks to executive teamSkills and ExperienceISO Lead Auditor certifiedExperienced in LMS administrationStrong background in audit preparation and QMS ownershipConfident communicator and facilitatorCultureCollaborative, fast-paced and inclusive.
