Role Summary
As Management Accountant, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end accounting function for a portfolio of sites, acting as a key financial partner to operational leaders.
You'll provide timely, accurate reporting and practical financial insight to support informed decision-making. Working alongside a broader finance team, you'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including system enhancements, process refinement and reporting improvements, and projects.
This role suits someone who enjoys detail, values structure, and takes pride in delivering high-quality financial outcomes, while also being comfortable engaging with non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
* Complete balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
* Monitor performance against budget and provide clear, actionable commentary
* Partner with operational leaders to support commercial decision-making
* Liaise with external advisors and auditors as required
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

About You
You'll be a qualified or near-qualified accountant with experience in multi-site or operationally complex environments. You're analytical, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with a broader team.
You communicate clearly, enjoy solving problems, and take ownership of your work from start to finish.
