As a Trade Counter Sales Representative, you'll be on the frontline of their customer service operations helping them with their needs.
Greeting and assisting customers at the trade counter with a professional approach
Recommending suitable products based on customer needs
Building rapport with regular clients to drive loyalty and repeat business
Processing orders accurately and coordinating with the warehouse for fulfilment
Maintaining product knowledge across the full technical range.
Keeping the trade area tidy, organised, and customer-ready
Supporting stock control, warehouse logistics, and inventory updates
Collaborating with the team to resolve customer concerns and deliver tailored solutions
Qualifications
Experience in a customer-facing sales or trade counter role (Cable and IT preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset
Strong organisation, accuracy, and the ability to multitask under pressure
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently
Physically fit and assisting with manual handling when needed
