We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Foreman. Come join our excellent service team. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post trade experience in working on, repairing, and servicing heavy commercial vehicles. You will have the ability to work unsupervised in the field and deliver first‐class quality results, excellent customer service while developing great customer rapport. We are looking for a driven individual that wants to grow the business as if it is their own.
Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical repairs and vehicle maintenance.
* Repair, maintain, and service engines and components of all vehicles and parts, from trucks, skid steers to large earth‐moving equipment.
* Diagnostics and fault findings.
* Attend breakdowns and provide technical advice.
* Work as a team and independently.
* Comply with all Wideland Group and client policies and procedures.
* Ensure the workplace is always kept to a high standard.
