Job Title: Lead Marketing Strategist
The successful candidate will lead the development of integrated marketing plans and campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely results.
About the Role:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives
* Collaborate with agency partners to ensure effective production budgets and schedules
* Oversee photoshoot logistics, allocate resources, and manage production from concept to delivery
* Work with project managers to ensure timely asset delivery to stakeholders
* Serve as key contact for production-side agencies to facilitate asset development and communication
* Monitor fiscal performance with Finance, Creative Director, and Marketing team to optimize spend and ensure budget adherence
* Cultivate relationships with Visual Merchandise team to align timelines and planning for floorset changes, display shipments, and seasonal signage requests
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
* 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Consumer Goods and Fashion/Retail categories
* Exceptional marketing skills, including campaign development, content management, promotions, partnerships, and brand programming
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
* Superior project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environments
* Creative thinker, self-starter, problem solver, and resourceful individual
