As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in leading the kitchen team, supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day operations, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, contemporary dishes. You'll have the chance to contribute to menu development, work closely with regional producers, and bring your skills to a dynamic food & wine environment.
