About the Role
Step into a pivotal role where you shape smooth, patient-focused outpatient clinics. You'll coordinate daily operations, guide a capable support team, and build efficient systems that keep services running seamlessly while handling complex queries with confidence.
Duties
* Coordinate outpatient clinic schedules and daily flow
* Lead, support and coach Clinical Support Officers
* Deliver welcoming, high-quality reception service
* Manage complex enquiries with sound judgement
* Set priorities and clear outcomes for team success
* Maintain efficient systems and clinic processes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the service
* Liaise with government, private partners and stakeholders
About You
* Experience in a health or clinical support environment
* Guide staff, set priorities and keep work on track
* Communicate clearly with patients and diverse teams
* Manage pressure, juggle tasks and meet deadlines
* Use Microsoft Office and follow admin processes well
