What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional customer service via various channels, including phone and email
Respond promptly to our internal customers with accurate information on a wide range of HR related enquiries
Support HR operations including data management, reporting, and HRIS administration
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Contribute to continuous improvement and team projects
What You'll Bring:
A people-first mindset and strong communication skills
Experience in customer service and a passion for helping others
Great time management and organisational skills
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy with MS Office; SAP HR experience is a bonus
Be able to work on a rotating roster covering the span of hours from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
